Rocky Road Caramel Apple

This is one of our most popular caramel apples.  We dip an Extra Fancy Granny Smith Apple in our caramel (our own secret recipe).  While the caramel is still hot we roll this caramel classic in either crushed almonds or pecans.   After the caramel cools a little we add marshmallow cream over the nuts and then drizzle this masterpiece with milk and dark yumminess!
